Retained Modernisation
At a meeting today agreement was finally reached on the implementation of the Retained Modernisation Project. This has come after first being presented with the RDS moderniation Project well over 2 years ago. Following various changes being made to the project from this starting point, there then followed 5 months of serious negotiations that culminated in an agreement being reached and signed today.
